Jay Flowers is a Business Continuity Manager and Production Supervisor at Service Thread. Jay is also the Owner of Aym Crossfit. Jay graduated from Emmanuel College with a degree in Kinesiology, Exercise Science and later obtained their Master of Business Administration from St. Andrews University.
