Role Overview

ServiceCore is seeking an energetic, ambitious, and experienced Demand Generation Manager! This is a great opportunity to work with an amazing hybrid office/WFH team based in Denver, CO.You will report to the VP of Marketing as a Demand Generation Manager. You will be responsible for driving and optimizing lead generation efforts to increase qualified demos for our sales team.

Role and Responsibilities

To successfully deliver results in a fast-paced environment, you will:

  • Manage and optimize paid media campaigns (PPC, TV, digital ads, etc.) to drive qualified leads

  • Implement and refine SEO strategies to improve search rankings and inbound traffic

  • Test, measure, and refine landing pages, forms, and website elements to improve demo conversions

  • Collaborate closely with the sales, marketing, and product teams to align lead-gen activities with revenue goals

  • Analyze and report on campaign performance, providing data-driven recommendations for improvement

  • Manage relationships with external vendors, agencies, or contractors as needed

  • Stay current with industry trends, emerging channels, and best practices to maintain competitive advantage

Qualifications

  • 3+ years of experience in a demand generation, performance marketing, or growth marketing role, ideally within B2B SaaS

  • Proven track record managing and optimizing Google Ads, social media advertising platforms (e.g., Facebook Ads), and marketing automation tools (e.g., HubSpot)

  • Strong understanding of SEO, SEM, and conversion rate optimization best practices

  • Proficient ability to draw actionable insights with data from analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics)

  • Experience collaborating with sales teams to drive pipeline and improve funnel performance

  • Self-starter with a growth mindset and can-do attitude

Base Salary: $100k - $115k (based on experience)
