Role Overview
ServiceCore is seeking an energetic, ambitious, and experienced Demand Generation Manager! This is a great opportunity to work with an amazing hybrid office/WFH team based in Denver, CO.You will report to the VP of Marketing as a Demand Generation Manager. You will be responsible for driving and optimizing lead generation efforts to increase qualified demos for our sales team.
Role and Responsibilities
To successfully deliver results in a fast-paced environment, you will:
Manage and optimize paid media campaigns (PPC, TV, digital ads, etc.) to drive qualified leads
Implement and refine SEO strategies to improve search rankings and inbound traffic
Test, measure, and refine landing pages, forms, and website elements to improve demo conversions
Collaborate closely with the sales, marketing, and product teams to align lead-gen activities with revenue goals
Analyze and report on campaign performance, providing data-driven recommendations for improvement
Manage relationships with external vendors, agencies, or contractors as needed
Stay current with industry trends, emerging channels, and best practices to maintain competitive advantage
Qualifications
3+ years of experience in a demand generation, performance marketing, or growth marketing role, ideally within B2B SaaS
Proven track record managing and optimizing Google Ads, social media advertising platforms (e.g., Facebook Ads), and marketing automation tools (e.g., HubSpot)
Strong understanding of SEO, SEM, and conversion rate optimization best practices
Proficient ability to draw actionable insights with data from analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics)
Experience collaborating with sales teams to drive pipeline and improve funnel performance
Self-starter with a growth mindset and can-do attitude
Base Salary: $100k - $115k (based on experience)
