Brian Sampson

Brian Sampson has a diverse and extensive work experience across various industries. Brian is currently the President, Owner, & Visionary of multiple ServiceMaster franchises in Louisville, KY, and Nashville, TN. Under their leadership, the franchises have been growing at a rate of 40% annually and have provided emergency services for over 1500 clients in the past year. Previously, Brian worked as the Managing Principal at Porchlight Capital, where they focused on identifying and acquiring existing private companies. Brian also served as the President of Vallourec Canada and Vice President of North America Supply Chain, leading a multi-site and multi-product P&L. Before that, Brian held various roles at Vallourec Star, GE Consumer & Industrial, Danaher, and GE Appliances, where they gained experience in supply chain management, operations, business development, and quality management. Brian is trained in Six Sigma and has a strong background in lean manufacturing and continuous improvement.

Brian Sampson holds an MBA in General Management from Harvard Business School, which they completed from 2003 to 2005. Brian also obtained a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Industrial Engineering from Purdue University, where they studied from 1993 to 1998. In addition to their academic achievements, Brian has earned certifications such as Certified Member (CM) from the Associated General Contractors of America (obtained in 2021) and the IICRC Certified Firm certification from the IICRC (obtained in December 2009).
