Charlene Phan

Charlene Phan currently serves as the International Tax Director at ServiceNow, a role held since January 2022, where responsibilities include managing international tax compliance, provision, and planning, along with providing technical support for tax initiatives and managing transfer pricing calculations. Prior to this position, Charlene worked at Genesys as Senior Director of Tax, overseeing the worldwide corporate tax function for multiple regions. Charlene has held various tax-related roles including Tax Director at Rovi Corporation, Tax Manager at Gap Inc. and Foster's Wine Estates Americas, and Associate at Redwood Trust. Earlier in the career, Charlene was a Senior Tax Analyst at Robert Mondavi and a Senior Associate at PricewaterhouseCoopers. Charlene holds a Master of Science in Taxation from San Jose State University and a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from San Francisco State University.
