Elizabeth Gabster

Elizabeth Gabster is an accomplished professional with a robust background in strategic consulting and value advisory across various sectors. Currently serving as the Director and Head of Business Value Practice EMEA at Red Hat since July 2023, Elizabeth previously held multiple leadership roles at Optimizely from July 2019 to June 2023, including Senior Director & Regional Vice President for Strategy & Value Advisory, where management of Value Consultants for EMEA and APJ was a key responsibility. Prior experience includes working as a Senior Consultant for Google, focusing on International Growth Strategy and agency partnerships, alongside roles at PayPal, INSEAD, The QED Group, and the Fulbright Commission. Elizabeth holds an MBA from INSEAD and a BA from the University of Rochester.
