Herb Thompson

Herb Thompson is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in program management and military leadership. Currently serving as Principal Program Manager for Veteran Programs at ServiceNow, Herb focuses on expanding the veteran talent pool within the company. Herb's military background includes notable achievements as a Green Beret and earning the US Army Drill Sergeant of the Year award. In addition to military service, Herb has contributed to various organizations as an author and writer on veteran transition issues, founded SF2BIZ to support Special Forces veterans in business, and worked as a management consultant at Accenture Federal Services. Herb holds an MBA from Cornell University, a BS in Business Administration from Southern New Hampshire University, and has engaged in further business education at The Tuck School of Business at Dartmouth.
