James Oh

James Oh is a seasoned legal professional with extensive experience in technology transactions and product legal matters. Currently serving as the Head of Product Legal and Technology Transactions at ServiceNow since December 2019, James previously held various senior legal roles at Adobe from 2004 to 2019, including Vice President and Associate General Counsel for the Digital Media Business Unit. Prior to their time at Adobe, James practiced as an attorney at Cooley Godward LLP and worked as an I.T. Project Manager/Engineer at Hewlett Packard Company, beginning their career in 1989. James holds a law degree from Santa Clara University School of Law.
