Kelly Edwards Kent

Kelly Edwards Kent is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in human resources and organizational transformation. Currently serving as SVP of Global People Product and Service Delivery at ServiceNow since February 2021, Kelly has held the role of Chief Transformation Officer and earlier roles in Global People Operations. As an Independent Consultant for Scout & Cellar, expertise in the wine industry is demonstrated. Previous leadership roles include SVP of Human Resources at Lowe's Companies, where accomplishments included successfully implementing a $53M HR Transformation program, and a transformative tenure at Bank of America overseeing a $1B investment in various transformation initiatives. Educationally, Kelly holds a B.S. Ed. in Early Childhood Education from Western Carolina University, and has served on the boards of organizations such as Western Carolina University Catamount Club and SwimMAC Carolina.
