Kofi Asante

Kofi Asante is a seasoned IT professional with extensive experience in systems architecture and service delivery across multiple organizations. Currently serving as a Senior Principal Success Architect at ServiceNow since January 2022, Kofi previously held various roles at the U.S. Department of Homeland Security, including Automated Services Branch Manager and Service Delivery Manager, where responsibilities included leading automation processes and managing IT service delivery. Prior experience includes positions at CACI International Inc. as a Lead in End User Services and at Lockheed Martin as a LAN Administrator, providing critical IT support to high-level officials. Kofi began a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Information Systems at Salisbury University and is currently continuing education at MIT Professional Education.
