Preeti Srinivasan

Preeti Srinivasan, PhD, is a Senior UX Researcher at ServiceNow, with a history of roles including UX Researcher and User Experience Research Intern, where foundational research for the IT Business management team was conducted, including user interviews and persona creation. Prior to joining ServiceNow, Preeti gained diverse experience in user experience research at Wayfair and marketing roles at the Connecticut Small Business Development Center. Academic engagements include serving as a Graduate Teaching Assistant and Graduate Communication Specialist at the University of Connecticut. Preeti holds a PhD in Communication and Media Studies from the University of Connecticut, along with multiple degrees in related fields from the University of Mumbai and a brief summer study at the National University of Singapore.
