Priyanka Verma is an accomplished communications professional with extensive experience in corporate communications and employee engagement. Currently serving as the Head of Corporate Communications at ServiceNow since July 2019, Priyanka has also held multiple leadership roles within the organization, including Head of Employee Communications and Engagement, as well as India Employee and Engagement Communications Lead. Prior to joining ServiceNow, Priyanka worked at Bank of America as a Senior Manager in Corporate Communications from May 2017 to June 2019. Priyanka's earlier experience includes significant positions at KPMG, where roles ranged from Consultant to Assistant Manager in Marketing & Communications and Business Development. Priyanka began a career at Deloitte as an Analyst and also worked as a Business Research Associate & Customer Relationship Management at Alp Consulting Pvt. Ltd. Educational qualifications include a PGDM in Marketing/HR from the Indian School of Business and a B.Com in Commerce from Delhi University, along with early education at Loreto Convent.
