Sanjeev Madan

Sanjeev Madan is a marketing operations expert with extensive experience across various leading organizations. Currently serving as Director of Field Marketing Operations - Americas at ServiceNow since November 2020, Sanjeev manages a team supporting over 85 field and campaign marketers, focusing on marketing planning, budgeting, analysis, and reporting. Previously, Sanjeev held key leadership positions at PayPal, HP, and Hewlett Packard Enterprise, overseeing marketing operations, strategy development, and campaign execution in the Americas and Latin America. Sanjeev's career began in management consulting at ViYH/Philips International and included significant roles at OnlineChoice and FMC Corporation. Sanjeev holds an MBA from Carnegie Mellon University, a Ph.D. in Polymer Science and Engineering from The University of Akron, and a Bachelor of Engineering in Chemical Engineering from the Indian Institute of Technology, Kanpur.
