Soumya Naidu is a seasoned recruitment professional with extensive experience in talent acquisition and strategic planning. Currently serving as a Senior Recruiter for Go To Market at ServiceNow since March 2024, Soumya previously worked at VMware as a Senior Talent Advisor, focusing on Customer and Business Operations from January 2023. With earlier roles at Cisco, where Soumya contributed to the Data Center and Service Provider business units, and Bhilwara Infotechnology Ltd as Lead of IT Recruitment, Soumya has successfully partnered with senior leaders to forecast staffing needs and drive recruitment strategies. Soumya's career began as an H.R Coordinator at Career Point Consultants Pvt Ltd and as a Consultant Recruiter at Fischer Consulting, building a solid foundation in recruitment practices.
