Suman Ji

Suman Ji is an experienced Senior Product Designer currently working at ServiceNow since December 2023. Prior to this role, Suman held the position of Senior Product Designer at Medallia from September 2021 to November 2023 and worked at Gainsight as a Product Designer from July 2019 to August 2021, where Suman also served as an Associate Product Designer. Earlier experience includes a UI/UX internship at Pepper Square in mid-2017 and serving as a Core Team Member of Techniche Creatives at IIT Guwahati from May 2016 to January 2017. Suman Ji holds a Bachelor's degree in Design from the Indian Institute of Technology, Guwahati, completed in 2019, and has a Senior Secondary education from JNV Rangareddy, Hyderabad, as well as a Secondary education from JNV Madhepura, Bihar.
