Surbhi Srivastava

Surbhi Srivastava is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI) and human resources. Currently serving as a Senior Manager and Global DEI Business Partner at ServiceNow since November 2019, Surbhi leads strategic DEI initiatives across global tech functions, ensuring alignment with regional needs. Prior roles include DEI Senior Manager for the APJ region and roles at Oracle and Cognizant Technology Solutions, where Surbhi focused on enhancing talent management and core HR functions. Surbhi holds an MBA in Human Resources Development from the Institute of Public Enterprise and a BSc in Bio-Chemistry from St Francis Degree College for Women.
