Vaibhav Gosavi

Vaibhav Gosavi is an experienced professional in performance engineering with a career spanning over 17 years. Currently serving as the Director of Performance Engineering at ServiceNow since January 2019, Vaibhav previously held significant roles at BMC Software from July 2008 to December 2018, including Architect/Principal Engineer and Sr. Engineering Manager, focusing on performance and scalability across various IT domains. Prior to BMC, Vaibhav worked at Tata Consultancy Services as a Project Manager and Performance Engineering Consultant. Educational qualifications include a Post Graduate Program in AI & ML from The University of Texas at Austin and an MBA in Information Systems, along with a Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering from Savitribai Phule Pune University.
