Ying Zhao

Ying Zhao has extensive experience in supply chain management and procurement, currently serving as Senior Director of Supply Chain Management at ServiceNow since February 2013, with prior roles including Director and Senior Manager in Cloud Procurement. Previously, Ying Zhao worked at Cisco Systems as a Supply Chain Program Manager, launching new products for the Emerging Technologies Group by collaborating with various stakeholders to optimize costs and supply chain risks. An internship at Dell involved leading a process improvement project that yielded significant cost savings and enhanced customer engagement. Early in Ying Zhao's career, a role as Senior Accountant at Siasun Robot & Automation Co., Ltd. focused on financial reporting and tax optimization. Ying Zhao holds an MBA from Michigan State University with dual majors in Supply Chain Management and Finance, as well as a Bachelor of Science in Accounting and Law from Southwest University of Political Science and Law.
