Robert Peccolo has over 15 years of experience in sales and customer success. Robert began their career in 2005 as a Sales Specialist/Executive at Microsoft Corporation, responsible for new license sales of Microsoft Live Meeting solution in the southern Ohio region. In 2006, they moved to Informatica Corporation as a Sales Executive, responsible for license sales of data integration product line and options in Western Region Financial Services named accounts. In 2009, they became an Independent Contractor at Marketing and Sales Solutions INC. From 2011 to 2014, they were the Southwest Sales Director at Bunchball, evangelizing and helping clients build gamification into their business processes. In 2015, they joined Verizon Enterprise Solutions as a Sales Executive - Verizon Cloud and Digital Media Solutions, performing a dual sales hunter and account management role. In 2017, they transitioned to IBM as a Sales Executive - IBM Global Technology Solutions, driving new signings to achieve revenue attainment of cloud managed services for enterprise and commercial accounts. In 2020, they joined TRC Robotics (Telepresence Robotics Corp) as an Advisor in sales director capacity. Most recently, in 2021, they became the Head of Sales and Customer Success at ServicePal.

Robert Peccolo attended Serra High School, earning their high school diploma. Robert then earned a BSME in Mechanical Engineering from Santa Clara University. In 1991, they began an MBA in Marketing from Notre Dame de Namur University, which they completed in 1995.
