Previously, Victor served as a Consultant at PentagonPlus from September 2016 to May 2019, managing the recruitment process for IT technical talent in the Malaysian market. Victor began a career as a Sourcing Specialist for Randstad Sourceright from November 2014 to August 2016, focusing on recruitment in Creative technology and Software development across the Asia Pacific region. Victor holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology from Universiti Tunku Abdul Rahman, completed in 2013.
