Eduard Bagrov

Eduard Bagrov is a seasoned QA Engineering Manager with extensive experience in software development and testing. Currently at ServiceTitan Armenia since June 2019, Eduard has progressed from Senior QA Automation Engineer to Lead QA Automation Engineer, and now holds the managerial position. Prior to this role, Eduard worked at Energize Global Services as a Senior Software Developer, focusing on payment application development for POS-terminals and developing testing plans in Python and C. Eduard's career also includes positions at HSBC and Russian-Armenian (Slavonic) University, where skills in application design, unit testing, and software automation processes were honed. Eduard holds a Master's degree in Applied Mathematics and Informatics from Russian-Armenian (Slavonic) University, completed in 2007.
