Shawn Mims

Shawn Mims is an experienced marketing and product management professional, currently serving as Vice President of Marketing at ServiceTrade since November 2012. Throughout the tenure at ServiceTrade, Shawn has progressed through various leadership roles, including Vice President of Product and Director of Marketing and Product Management, focusing on market needs assessment, user persona development, and product concept validation. Prior experience includes working as a Product Manager and Technical Services Manager at DunnWell, where impactful contributions were made to web and mobile app development and project management. Additionally, Shawn co-organized Ride for a Reason, a cross-country bicycle event to raise awareness and funds for the economic situation in Zimbabwe. Shawn holds a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from North Carolina State University.
