Francisco Ossandón Cerda

Francisco Ossandón Cerda is an experienced tax lawyer currently serving as the Abogado in the Normative Subdirection at the Servicio de Impuestos Internos (SII) and previously as the Abogado in the Regional Directorate of Metropolitan Santiago Poniente. In addition to this role, Francisco is a Research Associate at the Centro de Estudios Tributarios of Universidad de Chile and a member of the Editorial Board at the Anuario de Derecho Tributario of Universidad Diego Portales. Francisco holds positions as Assistant Professor of Tax Law and Commercial Law at the Facultad de Economía y Empresa of Universidad Diego Portales. Previously, Francisco worked as a Senior Tax Consultant at Deloitte and as a Tax Consultant at Tax Defense. Educational qualifications include a Magíster en Tributación from Universidad de Chile, a Diplomado en Tecnología y Regulación from Universidad del Desarrollo, a summer internship at Yale Law School, and a Licenciado en Ciencias Jurídicas y Sociales from Universidad Diego Portales.
