Rahul Bhiungade

Rahul Bhiungade is a seasoned telecommunications professional with extensive experience in contact center solutions and Cisco technologies. Currently serving as a Senior Engineer at Servion Global Solutions since August 2023, Rahul previously held positions as an Associate at Cognizant, focusing on Cisco UCCE from April 2018 to September 2023, and as a Cisco Voice Engineer at Servion Global Solutions from February 2015 to March 2018. Prior to these roles, Rahul worked at IT Source, Inc. as an Engineer, providing L1 level monitoring for Cisco contact center applications. Rahul holds a degree in Electronics and Telecommunications Engineering from D.Y. Patil Educational Society, completed between 2011 and 2013.
