Santosh Kumar Pattanayak is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in project management, service delivery, and sales within the telecommunications sector. Currently serving as the Senior Vice President for Middle East & Africa at Servion Global Solutions since July 2004, Santosh has held multiple leadership positions including Vice President and Associate Vice President, overseeing operations and projects across the EMEA region. Prior to joining Servion, Santosh worked at Tata Teleservices, managing contact center systems and initiatives. Educational qualifications include a Master in Computer Application from Sikkim Manipal Institute of Technology and a Bachelor of Technology in Information Technology from The University of British Columbia.
