Vikas Swamy is an experienced sales professional with a strong background in the technology and consulting sectors, specializing in contact center solutions, business intelligence, and government account management. Currently serving as the Regional Sales Manager for the CX business at Servion Global Solutions since March 2020, Vikas focuses on selling solutions such as Digital KYC, Voice Biometrics, and Speech Analytics to BFSI and enterprise clients across India. Vikas has previously held key positions at AGC Networks, Genesys, Team Computers, Lancet Data Sciences, SPSS South Asia, and INDIA NEWS, where Vikas demonstrated expertise in building government verticals and managing sales for enterprise solutions across various sectors. Vikas holds a PGDM in Marketing and International Business from IILM GSM and a GNIIT diploma in Software Engineering from NIIT Institute.
