Joshua Waldman has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries and roles. Joshua started their career as a Software Developer at High Performance Technologies, Inc. in 2005, where they designed and developed software solutions. In 2006, they joined Sonix, Inc. as a Product Development Manager, leading teams in product development and resolving critical issues for high-profile customers.
In 2010, Waldman joined Deloitte Consulting as a Senior Consultant, where they managed multiple teams and utilized various technologies to extract and organize data from software applications. Joshua also focused on mentoring new team members and improving efficiency.
Waldman then moved to Red Hat, where they held several positions. As a Services Delivery Manager from 2011 to 2013, they managed multiple consulting projects, standardized processes, and developed growth strategies. In 2013, they became a Territory Services Manager, responsible for managing relationships with customers and partners to identify business opportunities. From 2015 to 2016, they served as the Mobile Practice Lead for North America, leading a team focused on creating and driving the mobile strategy for Red Hat Consulting.
From 2016 to 2019, Waldman worked at Mendix as a Director of Professional Services and later as the Senior Director of Expert and Professional Services. Joshua was responsible for setting and executing the services strategy and working cross-functionally with various departments to align with customer needs.
Currently, Waldman is at ServisBOT, where they have held roles as the VP and SVP of Customer Success since 2019. Joshua leads the Global Customer Success team and is responsible for building front-end automation leveraging AI and natural language to create the best user experiences for customers and partners.
Throughout their career, Waldman has demonstrated strong leadership skills, strategic thinking, and expertise in customer success and service delivery.
Joshua Waldman completed their education at the University of Virginia from 2001 to 2005, where they obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science. Following their undergraduate studies, they pursued a Master of Science degree in Software Engineering at George Mason University from 2006 to 2009. Prior to their university education, Joshua attended Thomas Jefferson High School for Science and Technology. In addition to their academic qualifications, they have certifications as a Certified ScrumMaster (CSM) from the Scrum Alliance and as a Project Management Professional (PMP) from The Project Management Institute (PMI).
