Şebnem ERSİN

Şebnem ERSİN has been working in various roles since 2018. Şebnem started as a Patient Consultant at Acibadem Healthcare Group in 2018, then moved on to become a Field Communication Officer at Başkent Doğalgaz Dağıtım GYO A.Ş. in 2020. Currently, they are working as an Operations Supervisor and Customer Success Specialist at Servislet since 2021.

Şebnem ERSİN has a diverse educational background. From 2012 to 2017, they obtained a Bachelor's degree in Business from Gazi University. During the same time period, they also obtained an Associate's degree in Human Resource Management/Personnel Management, General from Anadolu University. From 2019 to 2021, they obtained a Master's degree in Human Resource Management and Career Counseling from Ankara University. Additionally, they have obtained two certifications: an Effective Communication and Body Language Training from İstanbul İşletme Enstitüsü in August 2022, and an Human Resource Management (Personnel Selection) certification from iSertifika™ in January 2022.
