Daven Hindocha

Daven Hindocha currently serves as the Finance Director at Servomex, a leading gas measurement solutions provider, since October 2022. Prior to this role, Daven held several significant positions including Vice President of Corporate Development at Spectris plc from 2019 to 2022, and Director of Corporate Development for UK and Europe at Genesee & Wyoming Inc. from 2016 to 2019. Daven's experience also includes working as an Associate in M&A at Macquarie Capital and as a Manager in Corporate Finance at Ernst & Young, with a focus on project finance, M&A, and strategy in the renewable energy sector. Daven's early career included rotations in transaction services, corporate restructuring, and lead advisory during an analyst program. Daven holds a BSc in Economics and Politics from the University of Warwick and completed studies at the University of Paris I: Panthéon-Sorbonne, along with professional qualifications from ICAS.
