Nick Brown

Nick Brown is an experienced leader in business excellence and operations management with a strong background in engineering and product development. Currently serving as the Global Business Excellence Leader at Servomex since February 2015, Nick oversees the evolution and deployment of the Global Business System, fostering culture change and employee empowerment through training and mentoring. Previous roles include Operations Manager at Waukesha Magnetic Bearings, where day-to-day operations and all operational processes were managed, and Product Development, Engineering and Continuous Improvement Manager at Richco International Ltd, which involved integration across multiple sites following a business acquisition. Nick's earlier experience encompasses significant leadership positions within Richco International Ltd, including Operations Manager for Engineering, Manufacturing, and Quality, as well as EU Product Development & Engineering Manager. Additional roles include Product Development Manager at AHPD and Technical Manager at AIM. Nick holds an MSc in Manufacturing: Management and Technology from The Open University.
