Fabien Loeffler

Fabien Loeffler has extensive experience in finance and people operations, currently serving as Interim Head of People & Culture and VP of Rewards, HRIS, People Operations, and Analytics at SES Satellites since July 2013. Previously, Fabien held roles including Director of Human Capital Analytics and Information Systems and Senior Manager of Financial Planning Analysis, where responsibilities included leading the Group Financial Planning & Analysis department and managing a team while directly interfacing with senior management. Prior positions at Savox Communications Ltd involved financial management and reporting across multiple subsidiaries, and previous roles at ÆRIUM and EY focused on asset management and auditing, respectively. Fabien holds a Master's degree in Management, Finance from SKEMA Business School and completed the Aspiring Directors Programme at INSEAD in 2019.
