Eric Sionnet

Eric Sionnet is currently the Chief Delivery Officer at SESAMm. Prior to this, they worked as the Responsable Process et Projets Digitaux at IAD from March 2020 to December 2020. Eric was responsible for coordinating digital projects for the network of real estate consultants and clients in all the countries where IAD is present. Eric also oversaw the evolution of work methods and team organization throughout the digital production chain (capacity planning, supervision team, frozen teams, etc.). Additionally, they managed and animated PO, testing, and TMA teams.

Before working at IAD, Eric Sionnet was the Responsable du programme de Transformation IT at Carrefour Banque & Assurance from September 2018 to February 2020. In this role, they were responsible for Carrefour Banque's IT transformation program + vendor RFPs + piloting. The scope of the program included technology (cloud/API/DATA), operations (governance, tooling, support, etc.), and methodology (scrum, devops, visual management, etc.).

In addition to their work in digital transformation, Eric Sionnet was also a Contributeur du Comité RSE at Carrefour Banque & Assurance from November 2017 to August 2018. Eric was responsible for the department of Digital Factory at Carrefour Banque & Assurance from April 2016 to February 2020.
