Mert Çikan

Mert ÇIKAN is a Senior Product Owner at SESTEK since July 2022, focusing on managing product backlogs and defining requirements in an agile environment. Prior to this role, Mert worked as a Graduate Student at BIBA - Bremer Institut für Produktion und Logistik GmbH, where a digital voice assistant for technical systems was designed. Mert also gained experience as a Student Researcher in developing ICT applications for production and as an Intern in Quality Management at Mercedes-Benz AG, contributing to process monitoring and data analysis. Early career roles include a Working Student position at Conalco OHG and a production internship at Honda Türkiye A.Ş. Mert holds a Master's degree in Management and Production Engineering from the University of Bremen and a Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering from Istanbul Kultur University.
