Jamal Rushdy

Jamal Rushdy serves as the Chief Executive Officer at Arcuro Medical since May 2015, focusing on innovative technologies for sports medicine. Additionally, Jamal is the Chairman and a Board Member at SetBone Medical, which is developing advanced bone cement for orthopedic applications. As a Managing Member at FocusStart, an award-winning medical technology accelerator, Jamal contributes to fostering innovation in the field. Jamal's previous roles include President and Board Member at Collagen Solutions, Chief Business Officer and Board Member at Tornier USA, and various executive positions at Nexa Orthopedics and DJO, among others. Jamal holds an MBA in Finance and Marketing from the University of California, Irvine and a BS in Mechanical Engineering from UC San Diego.
