Mikeana Bailey

Mikeana Bailey has extensive experience in the field of human resources, holding various leadership roles in different medical centers. Mikeana started their career in 1997 as the Human Resources Director at Brownwood Regional Medical Center, where they worked for over 23 years until December 2020. In January 2020, Mikeana became the Interim Human Resources Director at San Angelo Community Medical Center, a role they held until October 2020. Currently, they are serving as the Human Resources Director at Seton Medical Center Harker Heights, a position they have held since December 2020.

Mikeana Bailey attended Tarleton State University from 1994 to 1997, where they earned a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree with a specialization in Human Resources.
