Ishika Das

Ishika Das serves as the VP of Product at Setpoint.io since August 2022. Prior to this role, Ishika held various positions at Oscar Health from September 2016 to May 2021, ultimately advancing to Product Lead, where responsibilities included designing and operating Oscar's first Enterprise SaaS joint ventures with Cigna and HealthFirst, as well as leading the development of key business lines and proprietary insurance platforms. Ishika's experience also includes serving as a Product Manager at Compass from January 2015 to September 2016, and roles in investment banking and financial restructuring at The Raine Group and Houlihan Lokey, respectively. Ishika Das holds a B.Sc. in Economics (Finance) from The Wharton School.
