Ray Ho has over 30 years of work experience, with their most recent position as Principal Failure Analysis Engineer at SetPoint Medical since 2021. Prior to that, they worked at Advanced Bionics for 21 years, starting in 2000, where they held the role of Principal Test Engineer. At Advanced Bionics, Ray was responsible for developing and improving test systems for medical cochlear implant systems, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and implementing test software architecture. Before Advanced Bionics, Ray worked at Moog Inc. as a Test Engineer from 1997 to 2000, where they designed and deployed test systems for aerospace stepper motor and actuator testing. Ray also provided 24-hour test engineering support and coordinated with vendors. Ray's earliest work experience was as a Project Engineer at Roselm Industries from 1989 to 1997, where they assisted in government contract bidding, maintained the configuration management system, and designed and implemented production test systems for commercial and military defense products.
Ray Ho attended California State University, Los Angeles from 1985 to 1989 where they earned a Bachelor's degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering (BSEE).
