Adam Bannister

Adam Bannister serves as a Repairs Manager and Planned Works Contract Manager at Settle since July 2019, bringing extensive experience from North Hertfordshire Homes, where employment began in January 2002. In this role, Adam initially supervised a team overseeing kitchen and bathroom renovations and currently leads the Responsive Repairs team servicing approximately 10,000 properties. Adam has also managed cyclical projects focusing on external decorations and repairs. Prior positions include Multi-Trade Fitter, responsible for high-standard installations and renovations, and Carpenter, tasked with day-to-day repairs, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations. Adam’s training was completed at Ridgemond Training Center from 2001 to 2004.
