Sergio Montalvo Cano

Sergio Montalvo Cano is a seasoned Talent Acquisition Manager with extensive experience in employer branding, talent acquisition strategy, and onboarding processes. Currently serving at SEUR since June 2022, Sergio focuses on developing employer branding strategies and talent acquisition policies. Prior roles include Senior Talent Acquisition at Makro España, where responsibilities included managing talent programs and employee engagement surveys, and HR Project Coordinator at The Adecco Group, where Sergio coordinated talent projects and employee engagement initiatives.
