Rudina Seseri

Rudina Seseri is a seasoned venture investor and board director. Rudina has held multiple positions since 2016, including Founder and Managing Partner of Glasswing Ventures, Executive Fellow and Venture Partner at Harvard Business School, Director of the Board of Directors for ChaosSearch, Verusen, Inrupt, FeatureByte, Basetwo AI, Beacon, and Seva, and Board Observer for Reprise. Rudina has worked on projects such as leveraging the expertise of outstanding practitioners to enhance teaching and learning at Harvard Business School, helping manufacturing enterprises reduce their working capital costs, re-decentralizing the web, simplifying and democratizing the process of creating and managing ML features, creating end-to-end intelligent digital supply chains, optimizing non-production inventory, improving engineer visibility and coaching, and creating software product demos.

Rudina Seseri attended Wellesley College from 1996 to 2000, where they earned a BA, Magna Cum Laude, Phi Beta Kappa in Economics and International Relations. Rudina then attended Harvard Business School from 2003 to 2005, where they received an MBA.
