Chris Carter

Chris Carter is the Director of Performance Excellence at Sevan Multi-Site Solutions. Chris has over 20 years of experience in safety, health, and environmental management. Prior to joining Sevan, Chris served as the Safety Director at Harper Limbach. Chris has also held positions as a Training and Development Manager - HR and Risk Management at Harper Limbach, an ExxonMobil Project Field ES&H Manager at Bechtel Oil, Gas, & Chemicals, and a Corporate BESH Services Manager at Bechtel Corporation.

Chris Carter has an M.S. in Industrial Hygiene from Montana Tech and a B.S. in Occupational Safety and Health Engineering from Montana Tech of the University of Montana. Chris also has certifications from North Carolina State University in OSHA #500 Occupational Safety and Health Standards for the Construction Industry, Eastern Michigan University in OSHA #510 Occupational Safety and Health Standards for the Construction Industry, and NCCER in Certified Instructor, Construction Site Safety Master Instructor (CSSM), Curriculum Performance Evaluator, and Curriculum Proctor.
