Erik Kardash

Erik Kardash is a Production Engineer with experience at Seven Generations Energy Ltd. since May 2018, where extensive research in fracture communication led to the development of innovative pre-fracture mitigation techniques and the 2019 pre-fracture mitigation plan. Responsibilities included presenting findings to executives, constructing models for artificial lift design, and writing over 100 programs for various operations. Previous experience includes coaching young hockey players at Planet Hockey from June 2016 to August 2017, focusing on their physical skill development and character building, as well as turf management at Springbank Links Golf Course in June 2015. Erik holds a Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering and a minor in Economics from the University of Colorado Boulder, obtained between 2014 and 2019.
