Tony Figueroa is a culinary school graduate and a former member of the U.S. Coast Guard. He enjoys every aspect of food services. After 13 years of military service, he moved to Las Vegas, NV with his family in 1997. He began his civilian career as a lead cook, at a local hospital. With hard work, perseverance, willingness to learn, and exemplary work ethic, he worked himself all the way up to the position of director of food services.
