Colleen Elliott has extensive work experience in the field of education. Colleen is currently serving as the Principal at Seven Hills Foundation since November 2022. Prior to this, they worked at Crotched Mountain Foundation for more than two decades, holding various roles. Colleen started as a Special Education Teacher in August 1999 and then progressed to become the Curriculum Chairperson in June 2011. Subsequently, they served as the Assistant Director of Education from November 2014 to June 2020, responsible for supervising teachers and paraeducators, conducting evaluations, and organizing professional development sessions. Additionally, Colleen also worked as the School Principal at Legacy by Gersh at Crotched Mountain from July 2021 to November 2022.
