Zachary Ross

Zachary Ross has extensive experience in the information technology field, currently serving as a Junior Network Engineer at Seven Hills Foundation since January 2023. Prior to this role, Zachary held various positions at The New England Center for Children, including Help Desk Lead and Desktop Support Technician, from April 2019 to the present. Zachary worked as a NOC Engineer at Transitional Data Services from February 2016 to March 2019 and as a Helpdesk Technician Administrator at PrismHR from May 2015 to November 2015, where responsibilities included implementing a laptop inventory database and managing a backlog of helpdesk tickets. Zachary began the IT career at Nichols College, providing Help Desk Support from November 2011 to May 2015, and holds a BS in Information Technology Management from Nichols College, obtained in 2015.
