Thomas Gilberg

Thomas Gilberg has a diverse work experience spanning multiple roles and companies. Thomas began their career in 1992 as a Telecommunications Engineer at Deutsche Telekom AG. From 2001 onwards, they worked at SEVEN PRINCIPLES AG, where they held various positions such as Systems Engineer, Manager Operations, Senior Manager, Prokurist | Senior Management, Prokurist | Head of Strategic Staffing & Sourcing, and currently, as Prokurist | Head of Partnermanagement. Additionally, they also worked at Deutsche Telekom AG as a Test Programme Manager from 2003 to 2007 and at Vodafone GmbH as a Release Coordinator and Acceptance Manager in 2002. Thomas Gilberg's expertise lies in areas such as partner management, strategic staffing and sourcing, operations management, systems engineering, and telecommunications engineering.

Thomas Gilberg obtained a Master's degree in Electrical Engineering and Telecommunications from Fachhochschule Köln, Cologne University of Applied Sciences. Thomas completed their degree from 1994 to 2001. Prior to that, they attended Deutsche Telekom AG, Berufsbildungszentrum Offenburg, from 1988 to 1992, where they earned a degree as a Telecommunications engineer. Apart from their formal education, Thomas Gilberg has also obtained several certifications. In July 2020, they obtained the Certified SAFe® 5 Agilist certification from Scaled Agile, Inc. Thomas also holds the Certified SAFe 4 Practitioner certification, which they obtained in January 2020, and the Certified SAFe 5 Practitioner certification, obtained in March 2020.
