Melissa Yu is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in talent management and people operations. Currently serving as the Director of People Success at SEVENROOMS since December 2017, Melissa focuses on developing people-first programs aimed at organizational design, goal setting, and employee relations. Previously, Melissa held the role of Senior Manager, Talent Acquisition at Jet.com, where responsibilities included managing full-cycle recruiting and enhancing candidate experiences.
