Prior to this role, Nicole held various positions at Intersection Co., including Director of People Analytics & Compensation and Senior Compensation Manager, where the focus was on improving the integration of digital and physical public spaces. Nicole's career also includes significant experience at WPP as a Senior Compensation Analyst, and earlier roles at Magnetic, Cantor Fitzgerald, Henry Schein, and Transport for London. An alumnus of the Questrom School of Business at Boston University, Nicole's expertise spans compensation analytics and human resources within diverse industries.
