Sebastian Insausti

Sebastian Insausti has a diverse range of work experience in the IT field. Sebastian started their career at MontevideoCOMM in 2006, working as an Infrastructure Engineer. In this role, they were responsible for administering and supporting hosting and email services, configuring and administering LAN, WAN, and WiFi networks, and managing internal and external Cisco hardware.

In 2012, Insausti became the Sysadmin-Devops Chief at Binbit, a multinational company focused on cell phone entertainment and web applications. Here, they handled various tasks such as Linux and Windows server installation and administration, VPN configurations, monitoring services, and database administration.

In 2010-2011, they attended Universidad Católica del Uruguay 'Dámaso Antonio Larranaga' where they earned their Cisco CCNA certification. In 2011, they also completed an Advanced Linux Administrator course at Centrolinux. Later, from 2014 to 2019, they attended Anglo de la Costa without earning a specific degree. Currently, they are pursuing a Computer Science Degree at Universidad de la Empresa, starting in 2013 and expected to graduate in 2023.
