Kory Hartman

Kory Hartman currently serves as the VP of Broadcast Operations at Civic Media, overseeing systems, strategy, and technical quality for 20 radio stations across Wisconsin while managing a team of six broadcast professionals. As the owner and video broker at SevereStudios since February 2007, Kory coordinates a team of over 60 storm chasers for coverage of severe weather events and manages meteorologists providing forecasts for 70 radio stations in the Midwest. Kory has held various managerial and technical positions, including owner and general manager at Baraboo Broadcasting Corporation, studio engineer at Media Logic Group/WeatherNation, and IT specialist at WCCO-TV. Kory's extensive experience in broadcasting also includes roles as a weather forecaster, sound engineer, and IT support, with an educational background in broadcasting from Brown College.
