Sonal Vyas

Sonal Vyas is an accomplished Human Resources professional with extensive experience in managing the employee life cycle and enhancing HR functions. Currently serving as Human Resources Manager at SEWA International USA since June 2022, Sonal focuses on efficient HR operations within a progressive culture. Previously, Sonal worked as a Talent Acquisition Specialist at InterMed Homecare, leading recruitment processes for Caregivers and Certified Nursing Assistants. Prior experience includes serving as Associate Consultant in Human Resources at Northern Trust, contributing to employee relations programs, and acting as the sole HR support at Wenger & Watson Inc, where recruitment and talent acquisition were key responsibilities. Sonal holds an MBA in Human Resource from the Institute of Technology and Management and a Bachelor of Technology in Biotechnology from Jaipur National University.
